Parking Facilities
Waterside Shopping Centre does not have any car parking facilities but the nearest car parks are located at Broadgate and Lucy Tower, both a short walk from the Centre.
Toilets
Waterside Centre provides Gents, Ladies, Baby Changing facilities and disabled toilet.
Shopmobility / Accessibility
Shopmobilty is located across the river at the bus station. From there you can hire a motorised or manual wheelchair for use in the town centre by calling the Shopmobility shop on 01522 514477. The office is open Monday to Saturday 10.00am to 5.00pm and booking is advisable.
Children’s rides
There are two children's rides situated near Primark and the lifts on the high street level of the centre.
Cycle racks
There are various bicycle racks situated in the City Centre.
